2018-2019 Tryout Application

-If you are registering for tryouts and played for another OWHA Association you will   require a completed "permission to skate form" before you are eligible to participate in tryouts.

-All skaters must tryout or be released by the first team before being eligible for   second or third teams.

-If wanting to try out for an older age group an application to tryout for a level up   form must be completed and signed off on before going on the ice with the age up   group.

Fees for tryouts are $55.00 prior to April 3rd, 2018 and $70.00 after. Tryout fees are payable to NGHA and must be received before April 3rd for Early Bird rate to apply. Each player will be offered a minimum of two(2) on ice tryout with this fee(for all team levels combined ex.Midget AA and Midget A)

There is no "single time" try-out fee
