2021-2022 Tryout Application

-If you are registering for tryouts and played for another OWHA Association you will require a completed "permission to skate form" before you are eligible to participate in tryouts.

-A $500 deposit is required at time of team signing.

-Fees for tryouts are $40.00. Tryout fees are payable to NGHA and must be paid before 1st time on ice.

-There is no "single time" try-out fee.
