Brianne Jenner virtual hockey camp *NEW DATES ADDED*
Given that social distancing and public health regulations will govern our activities this summer I have decided to offer a virtual version of my summer Hockey Academy.

Especially in these times, I know how important it is to have some elements of physical activity and mental challenge in the day. This applies to all athletes, whether recreational or at advanced levels. I’ve got a great week of instruction planned including stickhandling sessions, skating mechanics work, off-ice training, and I will also be bringing in experts from the world of elite female hockey to share their knowledge and stories with campers.  I’m confident that it will be fun, engaging and full of great content for young players. All players will have some great ‘take-aways’ in terms of hockey skills each day, as well as robust physical activity appropriate for their level.

I'll be running two more Virtual Camps over the summer (July 20-24th and August 10-14th). I've included all the information below as well as attached my pamphlets and registration form.  Our first session in June was tremendously well received by boys and girls from several organizations across Canada, the U.S. and even abroad.

“Our daughter recently participated in the Brianne Jenner Virtual Hockey Academy and had a blast with her friends. The camp was very well organized and kept them engaged all week long. Other than being in the rink it was just like a regular hockey school. Our family highly recommends her virtual camps to keep your kids moving, engaged, having fun and learning about hockey.”

Cassie Campbell-Pascall (2x Team Canada Olympic Captain and Hockey Night in Canada Broadcaster) and Brad Pascall (Assistant CM Calgary Flames)

Upcoming sessions are scheduled for the week of July 20-24 and August 10-14. Each Camp is offered Mon-Fri for 2 hours each day.

Workouts will include age appropriate off-ice exercises, a combination of aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, strength work with a focus on single-leg stability, skating mechanics and explosive power. This is followed by skills sessions on stick-handling, shooting mechanics, and other tips. Randi Milani, the Maple Leafs skating and mobility coach will also be contributing to our program, with sessions including hockey-specific yoga. Once again guest coaches including several of my Olympic/National levels teammates and others at the International level will share experiences and knowledge with campers. Our sessions also introduce players to understanding focus and mental performance, and in ways applicable to all ages. Sommer Christie, Hockey Canada Mental Performance Coach will be talking to the players about practical tools to develop mental skills and optimize performance. Players will also be treated to a presentation by Emily Fulton, dietitian and sports nutritionist.

The program is fun, engaging, and full of great content. All players will have some great ‘take-aways’ each day, as well as challenging physical activity.

A more complete description of this program and coaches is seen further below and in the attachments.

Thank you,

Since the 80s, Brad Noyes had a passion for sports' great athletes and the collectible card market. It's amazing to think that collectible cards originated from a company trying to find better ways to market their gum. I started selling packs, boxes, and singles of Upper Deck, Pro Set, etc in a small area in my dad's (Rob Noyes) stores Kay's Korner Variety & Coins Unlimited on Thorold Road in Welland, Ontario. The early 90s hobby craze catapulted success and a Sports Card Dealer was high in demand.
