18-19 Peewee A - Rapids Peewee A heading to Provincials
Submitted By craigshufelt on Friday, March 8, 2019
The Rapids Peewee A team came through in a must-win game, defeating the St. Catharines Brock Badgers 2-1 to advance to next month’s provincial championship weekend.  This was their sixth game against the Badgers this season, with five of them now having been decided by one goal.  After finishing sixth during the regular season, the team has peaked at the right time.  Besides heading to provincials, they will also play Ancaster the week of March 18th for the South Central division final, with the winner advancing to the Lower Lakes playoff weekend.
